My internet is not working
Firstly, try restarting the Router and Computer by turning them off at the wall. Turn on again and wait approx. 2 mins or until all the lights are showing on the Router again and you have logged back into your computer. This resolves most issues.
Can I just call you to order a plan?
Yes! You certainly can. Simply call our main phone number and we will be happy to discuss your needs and sign you up for the best plan that suits you.
I have some special requirements not covered in the plans.
